Adem Jetha, M.OMSc
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Adem Jetha is a Manual Osteopathic Practitioner with a background in kinesiology, rehabilitation, and osteopathic medicine. He completed a four-year undergraduate degree in Kinesiology, with a major in Rehabilitation, at Ontario Tech University, followed by four years of osteopathic education at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
Adem’s approach to practice is rooted in the principle that the body should be understood as a whole rather than as a collection of isolated parts. He looks beyond the location of a patient’s symptoms, considering the relationships between structure, function, movement, history, and the individual’s physical demands. His goal is to develop an understanding of each patient’s unique presentation and allow that understanding to guide treatment.
Dr. Ann-Marie Regina, ND.
Naturopathic Doctor and Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP)
Dr. Ann-Marie graduated from the University of Guelph (Honours BAS) and the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (ND). Dr. Ann-Marie is licensed in Ontario to prescribe hormone replacement therapy and is a Menopause Certified Practitioner through the Menopause Society. She has a special interest in menopause and perimenopause which is the focus of her practice. She additionally treats PCOS, endometriosis, fertility & pregnancy, Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and weight management. Dr. Ann-Marie also has training in acupuncture, nutritional counselling, herbal medicine, and lifestyle counselling. Most importantly, she has a passion for teaching patients about their health so they feel confident and informed.
Callan Sinclair, M.OMSc
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner
Callan’s journey into healthcare began through obtaining a Bachelors in Health Science for Kinesiology in 2020 with the goal of pursuing a career in manual therapy. Upon completion, Callan set foot into the realm of Osteopathy through the intense 4-year program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy where he graduated from in 2025. Since then, he has completed the requirements to become a member of Osteopathic Canada (OSTCAN). Callan continues to further his own education in functional anatomy to further aid his patients.
Erin Skitch, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist, Fascia Stretch Therapist
Erin is a Registered Massage Therapist, Fascia Stretch Therapist and Certified Yoga Teacher. With nearly a decade of clinical experience, she’s worked with clients from all walks of life including first responders, athletes and teams from the grassroots level to the pros. Erin believes that movement is medicine, and proper recovery is the key to peak performance. Erin has built her practice around providing recovery, rehab and education to her community of clients who love to stay active through exercise and sport.
Joanne Miethke, RMT
Registered Massage Therapist
For the past 27 plus years, Joanne has dedicated herself to improving the overall health and well-being of her patients. Every patient has their own unique set of treatment requirements and part of her success over the years stems from ensuring that each one of her patients receives the very best care, individually customized to them. What Joanne finds most fulfilling about her profession is the ability to improve her patient’s acute and chronic conditions and help them to live their lives to the fullest while reducing their need for medications. Deep tissue Therapeutic Massage is the main discipline Joanne practices. The treatment of soft tissue damage, muscle aches and pains, stress and injuries are the primary focus with relaxation as an ancillary benefit.

As your therapist, my role is to meet you where you are and support you on your healing journey. I offer a gentle, collaborative, and client-centered approach that recognizes your inherent strength and resilience. My practice emphasizes the profound connection between our feelings, thoughts, and behaviours. My goal is to empower clients with effective skills to navigate and cope with life's various challenges.
With over 20 years of experience in various mental health agencies, I began my career as a child and youth worker. I later pursued my education at York University, where I earned both my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work.
Marietta Wong, TCM, RAC
Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner
Marietta is an experienced health practitioner with over 12 years of clinical experience in athletic therapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). Her practice integrates evidence-based rehabilitation with acupuncture and Chinese herbology to promote recovery, restore balance, and support long-term health.
Marie Loughnane, NP
Nurse Practitioner
Marie is a Nurse Practitioner (NP) with more than 20 years of nursing experience, including 11 years as an NP. Throughout her career, she has been committed to empowering clients through education, evidence-based care, and compassionate partnership. Marie values the privilege of caring for others and helping individuals make informed health decisions that align with their unique goals, values, and priorities.
Michelle Durante, BSc.HK, M.OMSc
Osteopathic Manual Practitioner | Clinic Founder
Michelle is an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner registered with the Osteopathy Canada (OOA/OSTCAN). She completed the intensive 4-year program obtaining her Masters in Practice diploma of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M.OMSc) at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy, and completed a Bachelors of Science Degree with Specialization in Human Kinetics from the University of Ottawa.
